Refund Policy
● All lice treatment and related services are non-refundable once performed.
● Our technicians dedicate their time and expertise to ensure complete treatment, and
services cannot be returned once provided.
● No refunds will be issued for services received, regardless of treatment outcome, as
individual results may vary based on compliance with aftercare instructions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
● Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance .
● Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost .
● No-shows (failure to attend your appointment without prior notice) may be charged the
full cost of the scheduled service .
Recheck & Guarantee Policy
● One complimentary recheck is included within 7 days of your initial treatment.
● Additional rechecks beyond this period may be subject to an additional fee.
● Our guarantee applies only if all family members are checked and/or treated by Lice
Cleanse technicians and if aftercare instructions are followed as directed.
Payment Policy
● Full payment is due at the time of service.
